Restaurant Ratsherrenstuben in Pirna

The food and the beer - impeccable! The staff was, shall we say, semi-friendly. But I think that was due to the prescribed mask ball. We will test again if normal conditions prevail in the country.

The food was great and the service was always friendly. Were able to eat tasty Saxon dishes for a good price.

We were welcomed and served in a friendly manner by the staff. The offered dishes of good home cooking are varied. The game dishes that we ate there were very tasty and reasonable for the price. We'll be happy to come back on our next vacation.

There were two of us as guests tonight and got a table even without a reservation. The guest room (Bierklause) looks very tidy - "Corona distance" between all tables is at least 1.5m - and also very clean. Our meal (pork medallions in pepper sauce + councilor feast) tasted excellent and the portions were plentiful. The house beer, Ratsherrenbräu, is also recommended. Service attentive and friendly, toilets clean. The bottom line is a very good dinner in a nice atmosphere: we'll be back!

Were there on Sunday shortly before the kitchen closed. But that wasn't a problem; the waitress politely pointed this out to us. In general, friendliness was a huge plus! This is how you wish it. The food was delicious, the portions large but not overloaded, and the price absolutely reasonable. So whoever comes to Pirna - you can dine excellently in the Ratsherrenstuben!

Good German cuisine with a large selection, including vegetarian and vegan dishes. The Ratsherrenbier (naturally cloudy) tastes good. Unfortunately, the service takes a long time even in a restaurant that is not very full. Therefore only 4 stars.

The dishes advertised as regional were rather underrepresented on the menu and also not very convincing. The best of it was the Saxon wine, a pleasure both white and red. For me, a soljanka is not a typical Saxon dish and the sauerbraten may be typical of the region, but it was, just like the red cabbage, rather bland. Overall an average restaurant, which is a shame as the location is inviting.

Great location within Pirna. Delicious food (ordered the goulash, Knödel can be better) & greats service. Drink menu is overpriced for the offering.

Very unfriendly, had expressly reserved for outside, reservation was accepted and confirmed, when we came we were left standing and ignored us. When asked, we were annoyed that there was generally no reservation outside. Then why is a reservation for outside confirmed if this is not the case!

People like to sit, eat and drink here. Currently only outside, but the dining room also makes an inviting impression. The food was good but the prices are quite high for a town like Pirna.

The food was great. Only the service a little lame or felt you had to wait for the food forever. The day was very hot. It is not possible to reorder a drink because the waitress was invisible. The chance for the usual question of whether everything was okay with the food could not be used because it was not asked.

Great food and friendly staff right on the market square in Pirna. Compared to many other restaurants, at least the price-performance ratio (if not cheap) and worth every euro!

It sits very well outside, the cellar beer was well drawn and the wine also fit. We'll make up for the meal. We had a very friendly and quick waitress.

Just wonderful! We ate here after the Christmas market and are thrilled and full back home. The food was delicious, the ambience was beautiful, Christmassy and very appealing, the service was great! Extra wishes were promptly fulfilled and served quickly and friendly! The service was very prudent, but not intrusive. We are from Bamberg and should we once again in Pirna a restaurant, then this! We recommend!

The food and service was good.

Not bad for the price in general, warm atmosphere with the environment and service, but really they lacks flavor (or proper seasoning)

Contrary to the other restaurants nearby this one was almost full and had Sauerbraten on the menu, so the decision was quite simple. We had our lunch there and were more than satisfied. Everything we had was just delicious, the local, non-filtered beer included. German cuisine at its best.

The food was lovely and not too expensive. They generally serve local specialties and some local beers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a great time there!
